Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions & Cancellation Policy


By booking a service with Miss Orderly Conduct, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Services

Miss Orderly Conduct provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed at the time of booking. Services are based on the information provided by the client. Any changes to the scope of work must be communicated prior to the scheduled appointment.


2. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are based on the size, condition, and scope of the job.
  • Final pricing may be adjusted if the condition of the space differs significantly from what was described at booking.
  • Payment is due within 30 days of service completion.
  • Accepted payment methods: E-transfer, Cash, Direct Deposit.
  • Late payments may result in additional fees or suspension of future services.

3. Access to Property

Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If access is not provided and we are unable to complete the service, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation or no-show.


4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% cancellation fee, based on the scheduled service cost.
  • Same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the service fee.

5. No-Show Policy

If no one is present at the property and access has not been arranged, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the full service fee may be charged.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

Client satisfaction is important to us.

If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify Miss Orderly Conduct within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and, where reasonable, arrange a re-clean or adjustment. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.


7. Damage & Liability

  • All services are performed with care and attention.
  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
  • Miss Orderly Conduct is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty or unsecured items.
  • Liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

8. Health & Safety

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe or poses a health risk, including but not limited to severe clutter, biohazards, pests, or aggressive behaviour.

Clients must inform us in advance of any hazards on the property.


9. Supplies & Equipment

Miss Orderly Conduct provides its own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

If client-provided products are requested, we are not responsible for the effectiveness of the products or any damage they may cause.


10. Right to Refuse Service

Miss Orderly Conduct reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service due to unsafe conditions, abusive behaviour, or non-payment.


11. Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. The most current version will apply to all bookings.
